DANANG INTERNATIONAL MARATHON 2026
Running in Da Nang is not only to conquer your own limits but also a journey to discover the most beautiful coastal city in Vietnam. The stunning scenery on the running track with the cheers of the hospitable locals will be an unforgettable experience on every track that you run through.

EXPECTED WEATHER
In March, this is the most beautiful weather of the year in the coastal city of Da Nang. The track will not be too hot, the weather is pleasant for participants, and the atmosphere is fresher and cooler at night. March is still not the peak tourist season in Da Nang, so come here before and after the race to swim, snorkel, or visit Ba Na Hill… completely.
COLLECTING YOUR RACE KIT
The standard race kit for participants includes a singlet, a tote bag, and a bib number.
Sponsored items will be distributed through mini-games and activities at partner booths. Check out the list of partners attending the Expo Day.
The registration info and BIB number will be sent to runner’s email 10 days before the race day. This will include your unique QR code that you’ll need to collect your race kit at the Bien Dong Park. Please check your inbox and also your spam box.
*ABOUT YOUR BIB NUMBER
Please look after your BIB number – you won’t be able to take part in the race without it.
On the back of your BIB number also contains your unique timing chip so please also keep it safe and make sure you fill in your medical information before the race date – this could save your life in an emergency.
RACE PHOTOS
Your race photos will be sent to your registered email within 5 hours after the race officially ends. These race photos will be available for purchase. Our photographers will do their best to capture your best moments during the race, but some moments may be missed. We sincerely apologize in advance if you are unable to find your photos or if images from certain areas are missing.
The all-inclusive photo package pricing for each race distance:
- 42KM: 159,000 VND

BAG DROP SERVICE
The bag drop service will be open at the event site for all runners. We encourage you not to bring your personal belongings while participating to minimize the loss or damage, etc., and better not to take with you any bulky or valuable things…

4. The organizer is not responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction of personal belongings while the bag is checked at bag drop

In order to be well-prepared for the race day, runners should:
– Read the Rules and Regulations HERE.
– Read the Race kit pick-up guideline entirely.
– Familiar yourself with the race and start schedules to make sure you arrive on time.
– Ensure that your nominated Emergency Contact is available on the back of your BIB and inform your family members and emergency contact person to keep an eye on their phone.
– Contact the emergency number that is available on your BIB or find the nearest medical station at the event site and along the race route if you need medical service.
– Don’t use BIB from anyone else to run to ensure your benefits during the race.
– Put trash in its designated places to keep the public area clean.

CUT-OFF TIME
Closure time counted from the Start time:

- Marathon – 42KM: 7 hours.
- Bán Marathon – 21KM: 4 hours.
- 5KM: 1 hour 30 minutes.
*NOTE:
- Runners who cannot pass the cut-off points before the cut-off time will not be able to continue the race at no exception. As the route needs to be open again for locals and the health/safety of staff/volunteers needs to be ensured at the same time.
- Water and aid stations will also be closed after the cut-off time..

STATIONS
- There are stations at every 2 kilometers with water, electrolyte drinks, fruits and aid supplies. The supplies are different at each station. More details in the course map.
- Water at stations is supplied in paper cups, please put them into the bin after use.
- At stations, there are big water bottles which you can use to refill your own bottle.
DROP OUT
If a runner is unable to complete the course and wishes to stop, please proceed to the nearest Support Station along the route. The Organizing Committee will arrange shuttle buses to transport DNF (Do Not Finish) runners back to the event area.
*Note: Shuttle buses will only be available to pick up runners after 7:30 AM.
