To be well prepared for race day, participants should:

• Read the full Race Rules and Regulations. HERE;
• Review the Race Kit collection guide in detail;
• Familiarise yourself with the race schedule and start location, and arrive before your distance’s gun time;
• Fill in your emergency contact details on the back of your race BIB. Make sure your family or next of kin know you are racing, and that your emergency contact will have their phone on and available on race day;
• If you require medical assistance, contact the emergency number printed on your race BIB or make your way to the nearest Medical Station on course or within the event area;
• Do not race using another participant’s race BIB – this is for your own safety and protection during the event;
• Dispose of waste at designated points and help keep the course and event area clean throughout the day.

The standard race kit includes 01 race singlet, 01 tote bag, 01 race BIB, and sponsor products (if any).

Some sponsor items will be available through mini games and activities at partner booths. Check the full list of partners attending the EXPO DAY.

Race kit collection details will be sent via email within 7 (seven) days before race day. The email will include your personal information and a QR code for collecting your race kit at the Race Kit Pick-up Area – East Sea Park. (Please check both your inbox and spam/junk folder.)

RACE BIB – IMPORTANT NOTES:

You will not be permitted to race without your race BIB. A timing chip is attached to the back of your race BIB – keep it intact to ensure your result is accurately recorded. Please also complete your medical information on the back of the BIB before race day so the Organizer can assist you in the event of an emergency.

Photos will be delivered via email after the race. The Organizer will announce availability on the official event fanpage.

Photos from the race are available for purchase both before and after the event, at the following prices per distance:

• Marathon – 42.195km: 159,000 VND
• Half Marathon – 21km: 139,000 VND
• 10km: 119,000 VND

Our photographers will do their best to capture memorable moments throughout the course. However, due to the large number of participants, some moments may be missed. We appreciate your understanding if your photos are incomplete or unavailable in certain course sections.

The Organizer will provide a bag drop service for participants. However, participants are advised not to bring personal belongings — especially valuables – to the event to avoid loss or damage.

BAG DROP TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The Organizer reserves the right to stop accepting bags once capacity is reached.
• The following items are not recommended for bag drop: fragile, perishable, or colour-sensitive items, valuable documents, electronic devices, cash, and similar items.
• The Organizer reserves the right to inspect bags upon request from authorities or security personnel.
• The Organizer is not liable for any loss or damage incurred at the bag drop counter.

MARATHON – 42.195KM

BÁN MARATHON – 21KM

Cut-off times per distance are calculated from the moment of the start gun.

• Marathon – 42.195KM: 7 hours.
• Half Marathon – 21KM: 4 hours.
• 10KM: 2 hours 30 minutes.

Note:

• Participants will not be permitted to continue past the Cut-Off time at each designated point under any circumstances. This ensures roads can be reopened to local traffic as required, and that security personnel, staff, and volunteers are not left working extended hours in hot weather conditions. Aid stations (water and medical) will also be closed once roads reopen.
• The event will cause temporary disruption to local traffic. The Organizer asks for the understanding of both residents and participants for any inconvenience this may cause.

• Aid stations are located approximately every 2km and offer water, electrolyte drinks, fruit, and medical support. Available items vary by station; please refer to the course map for full details.
• Water at aid stations is served in paper cups. Please dispose of cups in the bins provided after use.
• Refill stations with large water containers are available for participants carrying hydration vests or soft flasks.

If you are unable to complete the course and wish to withdraw, please make your way to the nearest Aid Station on course. The Organizer will have buses available to transport DNF participants back to the event area.

Bus pickup will only be available from 7:30 AM (ICT) onwards. (Aid stations are marked on the course map.)
