- Participants who have not previously completed a 21km race are strongly advised to follow a structured training program.

Note:
- Participants will not be permitted to continue past the Cut-Off time at each designated point under any circumstances. This ensures roads can be reopened to local traffic as required, and that security personnel, staff, and volunteers are not left working extended hours in hot weather conditions. Aid stations (water and medical) will also be closed once roads reopen.
- The event will cause temporary disruption to local traffic. The Organizer asks for the understanding of both residents and participants for any inconvenience this may cause.

* Partner and sponsor gifts are not included in the standard Race Kit. Participants are welcome to visit the Expo area to join brand activities and receive sponsor giveaways.
* To reduce paper waste, partner vouchers (if any) will be delivered as e-vouchers via the Race Guide before race day.

Registrations completed after 11:59 PM (ICT), 15 December 2026 will not have participant names printed on race bibs, not have guaranteed shirt size, be assigned to the final starting PEN.
*Finisher medals are awarded only to runners who complete the race within the official cut-off time, measured by Gun Time.

Note:
The Organizer will not support Race Kit collection on the morning of Sunday, 21 March 2027. Participants are kindly asked to collect their BIB within the announced collection window.

Official race photos for the Half Marathon – 21km distance are available for 139,000 VND. You may purchase race photos either before or after the event.
Photos will be delivered via email after the race. The Organizer will announce availability on the official event fanpage.
Our photographers will do their best to capture memorable moments throughout the course. However, due to the large number of participants, some moments may be missed. We appreciate your understanding if your photos are incomplete or unavailable in certain course sections.
– By submitting registration information to the Organizer in any form (directly, via the website, by email, through a family member, an official event partner, a running club, a company, etc.) to participate in the Danang International Marathon 2027, you confirm your acceptance of all terms and conditions set by the relevant authorities, the Organizer, and event support groups. Please refer to the full details HERE.
– Registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
– Using another participant’s bib is strictly prohibited. This rule ensures accurate event operations and participant safety in emergencies.
– The Organizer enforces cut-off times for each distance after the start. Participants who have not reached the required checkpoint by the cut-off time will not be permitted to continue, in order to maintain race operations and the overall course experience.
– Please help keep the course clean. The Organizer has placed waste collection points at East Sea Park, at water stations, and along the entire route. Participants are asked to dispose of waste only at designated points to help preserve the city’s clean and green image.
– Shuttle support will be available for runners unable to finish before cut-off. Participants who choose not to board the shuttle after cut-off will no longer receive official support.
CONDITIONS
Participants may request distance changes or bib transfers until 11:59 PM (ICT), 15 December 2026, or before registration closes.
To request a change or transfer, please submit the form HERE. The Organizer will respond to your request within 7 business days. Please monitor your inbox, including your spam/junk folder, during this period.
– If upgrading to a higher-priced distance, participants must pay the price difference based on the current registration phase.
– If downgraded to a lower-priced distance, the price difference will not be refunded.
ADMINISTRATION FEE
Participants must pay an administrative fee whenever they make a change, regardless of the circumstances:
– BIB transfer: 300,000 VND/ participant.
– Distance change: 100,000 VND/ participant
– BIB transfer: 300,000 VND/ participant.

Free entries are not eligible for upgrades, downgrades, or transfers.

Note:
- Vietnamese Residents/Vietnam Resident Expat include Vietnamese citizens, and expatriates who hold a legal pass/permit residing in Vietnam. (Note: Temporary Residence Card (TRC) that is valid both at the time of registration and at the time of race kit collection. If the TRC is not valid at the time of Race Kit Pick-up (March 2027), the participant will be required to pay the foreigner fee or may be ineligible to collect the race bib.)
- Online registration for the Marathon distance will automatically close once a registration phase ends or all available slots are sold out.
